Visionary Founders Summit 2026 Brings Together Singapore, Philippine Leaders for AI and Growth Talks

Manila, Philippines - August 15, 2026 - That question was at the heart of the Visionary Founders Summit 2026, held July 31 at Ascott Makati in Glorietta 4, Ayala Center. From 2 to 5 p.m., entrepreneurs, startup founders, business leaders and professionals from the Philippines and Singapore gathered for discussions on artificial intelligence, innovation and the future of entrepreneurship.

Organized by Hashmeta, My Little Big Boss and ZBiz Solutions, the summit was designed less as a sales event and more as a practical conversation on how business owners can integrate AI into their operations and use it to improve visibility and growth.

The organizers initially expected 30 to 50 participants. Instead, 85 attendees filled the venue, with walk-in registrants eventually turned away after capacity was reached. The strong turnout reflected the growing curiosity among Filipino entrepreneurs about AI and its potential.

Keynote speakers included Terence Ngu Teck Kong, founder and CEO of Hashmeta; Gabriel Tay, co-founder of My Little Big Boss; and Ehden Pelaez, founder, president and CEO of ZBiz Solutions. Their presentations covered AI-powered digital marketing, changing search behavior, entrepreneurship and practical approaches to business growth.

The program also featured a panel discussion with Kate Osmillo, co-founder and managing partner of Raion; Pelaez; June Tan Su Ai, founder of June’s Pet House; and Dave Ng, co-founder of PolyGo Waste Management. They discussed how AI is being integrated into different businesses, from customizable platforms and operational systems to proprietary technologies.

For the panelists, the value of AI was not simply about reducing costs. They highlighted convenience, efficiency and scalability, as well as its ability to prevent opportunities from being lost through unanswered inquiries, repetitive work or inefficient processes. AI could help businesses manage operations more seamlessly while supporting growth and better decision-making.

Beyond the presentations, networking and Q&A sessions kept the audience engaged. Kong noted that, unlike many conferences where attendees leave after a break, the summit’s participants remained until the end, eager to learn from experienced practitioners and avoid costly mistakes.

Tay said the organizers recognized that entrepreneurs are overwhelmed by the speed and volume of AI information. The summit therefore aimed to share real examples and small, practical steps that could make adoption feel less intimidating.

Pelaez emphasized that AI should not be viewed simply as an expense, but as an investment in business growth. Kong likewise pointed to the Philippines’ English-speaking market as an advantage for entrepreneurs seeking to adopt AI.

Ultimately, the summit delivered a simple message: founders do not need to know everything before they begin. They need the right information, the right people and the initial push to take the first step and turn new possibilities into measurable business results today.
