Organized under the theme “NOT YOUR USUAL SUMMIT,” HealthCon is a one-day, industry-focused learning, business, and networking event designed around two complementary experiences: professional development for remote talent and business growth for agency owners and entrepreneurs. 

RevConnex Solutions is a Philippine-based company focused on healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions, staffing, and connecting Filipino talent with opportunities in the international healthcare industry. Through its RevConnex Medical VA & RCM Academy, the company also provides specialized training and career development programs that prepare aspiring Filipino professionals for remote U.S. healthcare careers.

The first programme, the VA, Freelancers and Remote Professionals Workshop, carries the theme INDUSTRY-READY. It focuses on developing the mindset, professional skills, and capabilities needed to succeed in the evolving remote-work industry. 

Sessions will cover emotional intelligence, professionalism, responsible AI adoption, healthcare privacy, personal branding, client acquisition, Medical VA readiness, U.S. healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, client relationship management, and remote-work compliance. Participants will also engage in practical activities, including communication exercises, an AI Ethics Challenge, portfolio and landing-page development, and Medical VA documentation exercises. 

Strengthening agencies and exploring U.S. healthcare opportunities

Running alongside this is the Agency Owners, Founders and SMSEs Mastermind, a dedicated business programme focused on strengthening agency operations and exploring opportunities in the U.S. healthcare market. 

The sessions will feature discussions on business partnerships, service expansion, LinkedIn lead generation, U.S. healthcare compliance, client acquisition, and agency readiness. Industry speakers include Arnel, Kap Hernandez, and John Smulo, alongside other business leaders and panelists.
