Petron named among Manila’s top taxpayers

Petron was once again recognized as one of the City of Manila’s Top Real Property Taxpayers.

The award was presented at the Gawad Manileño 2026 held on June 18 at the Manila Metropolitan Theater. Our Lube Manufacturing Manager Ma. Theresalina Palafox received the award on behalf of Petron.

Earlier on June 17, she was joined by New Lube Oil Blending Plant (NLOBP) Production Manager Heinrich Lim, along with other awardees, in a courtesy call to Manila City Mayor Francisco Domagoso.

Our NLOBP, Pandacan Lube Oil Warehouse, Grease Plant, and Operations Head Office are all located in Manila. Petron also operates nearly 30 service stations in the city, all of which contribute to our consistent and responsible payment of business taxes.

This award underscores Petron’s continued leadership in tax compliance and commitment to nation-building.
