The international standard ISO 9001:2015 outlines the specifications for a quality management system (QMS), which is used as the benchmark by organizations in more than 160 countries to demonstrate their capability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Receiving the award certifies that MicroSourcing has a relentless commitment to quality management and outstanding delivery of customer services, as well as continuous operational improvement and excellence across all levels of the organization.
