MicroSourcing receives ISO 9001:2015 Certification for its quality management system

MicroSourcing, the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines, was awarded the ISO 9001:2015 recertification following a successful TUV SUD surveillance audit that took place from January 16 to January 19. 

The international standard ISO 9001:2015 outlines the specifications for a quality management system (QMS), which is used as the benchmark by organizations in more than 160 countries to demonstrate their capability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Receiving the award certifies that MicroSourcing has a relentless commitment to quality management and outstanding delivery of customer services, as well as continuous operational improvement and excellence across all levels of the organization.

MicroSourcing is also ISO 27001:2013-certified (Information Security Management system) which certifies that the organization has established, implemented, maintained, and continually improves its information security management system, including the assessment and treatment of risks.
