Time Doctor OA500 is an independent outsource accelerator and proprietary index that ranks the top 500 BPO companies worldwide based on the Global Outsourcing Firm (BPO) Index, which employs objective data and strict criteria to assess factors such as revenue growth, company size, and client satisfaction.
