New Invoice Requirements Under EoPT Act

Under the Ease of Paying Taxes (EoPT) Act, invoices will now replace official receipts (OR) as the primary document for sales of goods and services. Effective immediately, updated document requirements will be accepted for compliance with the new regulations.
Under the Ease of Paying Taxes (EoPT) Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), invoices will now be considered as the primary document for the sales of both goods and services, replacing official receipts (OR). Please refer to the table below for the updated document requirements:
