National Book Store is bringing back the joy of book shopping with its Book Blowout Fair, happening from 10 AM to 10 PM, September 13 to 17, 2023 at two (2) areas in the SM Mall of Asia Entertainment Mall. Admission is free, and thousands of titles are on sale.
Shoppers can enjoy big discounts, with up to 80% OFF on bestselling books from top authors. Select titles will also be available at their lowest price ever, now as low as P50.
There are also flash sales happening from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 8:00 to 10 PM daily, with over 900 titles included. These include trending stories like ‘Bridgerton’ from Julia Quinn and beloved novels from Mitch Albom, among many others.
Apart from shopping for books, special book signing events are also scheduled during the weekend. ‘I Decided to Live As Me’ author Kim Soo-hyun takes the stage at 11:00 AM on September 16, 2023 (Saturday). Her book has sold millions of copies, thanks in part to being read and recommended by BTS member Jungkook.
Bliss Books authors will also be present on September 16: Serialsleeper and Shinichilaaabs from 1:30 to 3:00 PM, followed by HeartlessNostalgia from 3:00 to 4:00 PM. Finally, acclaimed historian and bestselling author Ambeth Ocampo’s book signing event is from 1:00 to 3:00 PM on September 17, 2023 (Sunday).
