Starting November 14, PAL passengers can enjoy quicker, more convenient check-ins with new self-service kiosks at NAIA 1 and 2.
Starting November 14, Self-Service Check-In Kiosks will be available at NAIA Terminals 1 and 2 to make your airport journey more convenient and efficient.
• Kiosks are open 24 hours before the estimated departure time.
• Passengers who require a visa or need special assistance should proceed to the regular check-in counter.
You may use the Self-Service Check-In kiosk to choose your seat and print your boarding pass if you meet any of the following:
• Filipino passport holder with at least 6 months validity
• All passengers flying on Philippine domestic routes
• All Passengers traveling directly to any of the following destinations (without onward connections), including foreign nationals arriving from these destinations: All Philippine domestic routes, Bali (DPS), Bangkok (BKK), Da Nang (DAD), Hanoi (HAN), Ho Chi Minh City (SGN), Hong Kong (HKG), Jakarta (CGK), Kuala Lumpur (KUL), Phnom Penh (KTI), Singapore (SIN) and Taipei (TPE).
Step-by-Step Guide:
Please have your passport ready, along with your booking reference (6-character code), ticket number (13 digits), or digital boarding pass if you have completed web check-in.
For Domestic Flights
1. Check-in & Print Boarding Pass: At the self-service kiosk, select Philippine Airlines. Enter your flight details and print your boarding pass.
2. If you have checked-in bags, proceed to the PAL Bag Drop counter to drop off your luggage.
3. Security Check: Present your boarding pass and valid government ID to the airport staff, go through security screening, and head to your assigned boarding gate.
4. Boarding: Proceed to your designated gate — you’re ready to fly!
For International Flights
1. Check-in & Print Boarding Pass: At the self-service kiosk, select Philippine Airlines. Scan your Philippine passport and print your boarding pass.
2. If you have checked-in bags, proceed to the PAL Bag Drop counter to drop off your luggage.
3. Security & Immigration: Present your passport and boarding pass, proceed to the Pre-Security E-gates, continue through the Immigration area for processing, and head to your assigned boarding gate.
4. Boarding: Proceed to your designated gate — enjoy your flight!
