Philippines Startup Challenge, A Big Chance to Spread your Passionate Ideas to the World!

MANILA, Philippines, March 11, 2022 - PR Station, the leading press and news release distribution service in the Philippines in collaboration with PROTOCOL, a global startup community founded by a Japanese soccer star Keisuke Honda, announced today the launching of Philippines Startup Challenge. 

Philippines Startup Challenge is a program which aims to encourage and support Filipino innovators to spread their passionate ideas to the world through PR Station's press release distribution system and have an opportunity to pitch their passion to the best VCs/Angels in Asia. The prizes for the program include a FREE 1 year unlimited usage of PR Station's Press Release Service and a chance to join PROTOCOL's "PRO Pitch" startup pitch event which is happening around once in 3 months.

Any startups from any industry which has been operating for less than 3 years and are also based within the Philippines are welcome to join!

Steps in Joining

Step 1: Apply
• Create PROTOCOL Account.
(PROTOCOL account is going to be your company's profile. Fill out as detailed as possible.)
• Apply through this form with the pitch deck and PROTOCOL's profile URL.

Step 2: 1st Pitch to PR Station
• We will screen all submitted applications and if we like your idea, you will have your first pitch with us. (10mins pitch, 20mins Qs and As)

Step 3: WIN 1 Year FREE Press Release in PR Station
• Winners will be selected from all the presented pitch. Prizes include having your pitch being reviewed by PROTOCOL and 1 year usage of our service FREE of charge.

Step 4: 2nd Pitch to PROTOCOL
• PROTOCOL will review all the pitch from the winners and will inform us who are qualified to have a pitch with them. We will email you if you are selected.

Step 5: Pitch to the VCs, Angels in PRO Pitch
• If chosen, you will be one of 3 companies from Southeast Asian Startups who will be going to pitch in PRO Pitch. You will see famous VCs, Angels, and have a chance to get fundraised, get good feedbacks and possibly a partnership.
