MicroSourcing receives ‘Best Workplace’ award

MicroSourcing is proud to receive Voice Project’s Best Workplace Award for 2023—a recognition given to workplaces with impeccable management processes and a highly engaged workforce. The award is based on the results of the company’s recent Employee Engagement Survey (EES), which reported remarkably high employee satisfaction scores.

Review of the highlights

This year, MicroSourcing’s overall engagement rating is noticeably high at 83%, exceeding the professional services industry benchmark by 5%, which is a testament to the power of listening to our associates' voices.

The engagement score for MicroSourcing is 83%, which is 3% higher than the result from the previous year. Both progress and well-being scores increased by 4%, reaching 82% and 83%, respectively.
