MicroSourcing participates in the International Innovation Summit; supports IT-BPM Roadmap 2028

MicroSourcing participated in the International Innovation Summit, which was held last September 27–29 with the theme "The Big PH IT–BPM Leap: Growth, Resurgence, Impact, Transformation”. The event was led by the umbrella organization, the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP).

MicroSourcing’s participation as a sponsor reflects its commitment to the targets set out in the IT-BPM Roadmap 2028. To help achieve the industry’s target of generating 1.1 million new jobs in the next six years, the company has laid out bigger, bolder, and better plans to grow, starting with the opening of at least four new service delivery centers and expanding their reach to the countryside this year. 

MicroSourcing CEO Haidee Enriquez said that MicroSourcing echoes IBPAP President and CEO Jack Madrid’s statement on the importance of digital-ready talents to realize the industry’s 2028 aspiration. According to Enriquez, their roster of clients represents the diversity of the services offshored to the Philippines, and thus, they have a unique vantage point in understanding the changing talent landscape and evolution of skill demand. 

“We are passionate and committed to continuing the work that we are doing in partnership with the IBPAP, the academic sectors, and local government units to bridge the gap between supply and demand and to develop a future-proof workforce,” she added.
