JCI develops its membership to provide greater impact to the community and the environment.

JCIP Central Visayas has organized trainings for 2023 to its future leaders and trainers; The Trainers’ PIT and L.I.F.T. Trainers Bootcamp.
In partnership with Central Visayas local organizations, JCI CEBU (Cebu Jaycees) Training Bureau introduces the Trainers’ PIT (Performance Improvement Trials), a competence-building program for seasoned and future trainers.
The Trainers’ PIT focuses on improving the communication and coaching skills of JCI trainers and aspiring trainers through immersive learning experiences. Seasoned trainers from Central Visayas are also invited to further refine their skills and be ready to conduct training in their local organizations. The Trainers' PIT is made possible by enspace Cebu.
In partnership with JCI Boholana Kisses, JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel and enspace Cebu, JCI CEBU (Cebu Jaycees) Training Bureau relaunches L.I.F.T. (Learn, Inspire, Fuel and Transform)—a Train-the-Trainer's Bootcamp open to all aspiring trainers.
L.I.F.T. aims to equip trainers to build a conducive learning environment, deal with pressure, overcome fear during presentations, and more.
