Important Notice: Amendments To Unit Investment Trust Funds (UITF) Plan Rules And Appendices

Greetings! Please be informed that we have amended the Plan Rules of the following funds:

1. UnionBank PHP Tax Exempt Fixed Income Fund
2. UnionBank PHP Fixed Income Fund
3. UnionBank PHP Short-term Fixed Income Fund
4. UnionBank USD Fixed Income Fund
5. UnionBank USD Short-Term Fixed Income Fund
6. UnionBank Capital Accumulation Global Fund of funds ( USD and PHP )

The amendments were made to comply with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Circular No. 1152, otherwise known as the Amendments to the Regulations on Unit Investment Trust Funds (UlTFs), as well as those deemed necessary by UBP TISG for the best interest of the funds and its participants. For ease of reference, the summary of amendments is found on the attached Annex “A”.
