He dreamed of writing books that changed minds—now his words reach millions online

From quiet dreams to global influence, Kabir K.V. blends ideas, leadership and discipline.

... ...

Most people grow up quietly imagining a version of themselves that feels far bigger than their current reality. Kabir K.V. was no different, except his dreams were shaped early by books, ideas, and an obsession with how people think, lead, and change.

Manila, Philippines - December 24, 2025 - “I always wanted to be a great writer, like Victor Hugo who wrote Les Miserables, or like Romain Rolland who wrote John Christopher,” he shares. “They have influenced millions of people through their books.” At the same time, he found himself drawn to psychology, inspired by thinkers such as William James and Sigmund Freud. “I also wanted to be a great psychologist… who could read people’s mind,” he adds, quick to temper the ambition with honesty. “Of course, I am nowhere close to these people, yet.”

From ideas to real-world impact

Today, Kabir describes his work in practical terms. “I work in business support services, where I help individuals and organizations grow through strategic guidance, communication, and problem-solving.” His days involve marketing, client consultations, research, and writing—work that may sound modest compared to his early idols, but forms the foundation of a larger vision. “I am just someone who does some marketing… and some writing too. But my dream is still alive.”

Dubai became the proving ground for that dream. Drawn by opportunity, Kabir says the city reshaped how he approached both business and leadership. “The city challenged me to raise my standards, think bigger, and adapt quickly,” he says, a shift that sharpened his mindset and pushed him into roles that demanded clarity under pressure.

When influence finds its audience

That clarity eventually resonated beyond boardrooms. With more than one million followers on Instagram, Kabir realized his words were reaching people he had never met. “People began reaching out, sharing how my words, ideas, and content helped them think differently or take action,” he says. “That feedback made me aware of the responsibility that comes with influence.”

Yet the visibility comes with unseen demands. “Behind the scenes, consistency is the biggest challenge,” he admits. “Staying disciplined, managing pressure, and continuing to show up with clarity—especially during difficult phases—is where real growth happens.”

Leadership beyond titles

Publicly, Kabir carries many titles—Public Figure, Ambassador NBMC, CEO of ANPM, Founder and CEO of VVIP, Board Director at NAE, Generation Green Innovator—but he measures success differently. “Success isn’t just visibility or money,” he says. “It’s consistency, integrity, and the ability to create long-term impact.”

Grounded by purpose, Kabir remains focused on substance over attention. “Visibility is temporary, but character and discipline are permanent,” he reflects. And while the philosopher-writer-psychologist he once imagined may still be a work in progress, the direction is clear: “I want to be known for adding value and inspiring others to grow with clarity and confidence.”
