Elevé Homes Baguio Reaches Its Highest Point in Topping-Off Milestone by First Georgetown Ventures, Inc.

Baguio City, Philippines - July 22, 2026 - BAGUIO CITY, Philippines, July 15, 2026. First Georgetown Ventures, Inc. (FGVI) marked a major construction milestone as Elevé Homes Baguio, its country-inspired residential development in Camp 7, held its Topping-Off Ceremony. The event signifies the completion of the structure's highest point.

Themed "Rising with the Pines," the ceremony was held at the project site along Monticello Road, Camp 7, followed by a celebration program at Panahanan Hotel. The event gathered FGVI executives, construction and design partners, brokers, marketing partners, and guests. Its highlight was a ceremonial cement placing led by FGVI President Kristopher George Yang together with the project's key builders.

"This is the fruit of so many people's labor, and we are here today to recognize them," said Mr. Yang in his remarks, paying tribute to the workers, engineers, and site teams behind the development. "Your dedication, professionalism, and support have helped us make this project a success."

Set approximately 1,540 meters above sea level in the cool highlands of Baguio, Elevé Homes Baguio is a boutique residential development featuring 202 studio units in a six-storey building, 53 two-storey duplex condo clusters, and 90 parking slots. Its design language of angled rooflines, wood veneers, and stone walls echoes its pine-forest setting. Planned amenities include a clubhouse, fitness gym, kids' playground, viewing deck, and roof deck with jogging path.

The milestone was achieved with the project team led by Arch. Debbie Lynn B. Mendoza, Project Development Head, together with construction and design partners Arch. Rafael Tecson of RDBT Construction, Arch. Anthony Juanga of ANCJA & IDI (ANCJA Architecture & Interior Design Inc.), and Engr. Edilbert Evangelista of Linecs Development Corporation. FGVI also recognized its legal partner ABS Law Office, financing partner Bank of Makati, and marketing partners Nascentum Realty, Axcis Realty, Towerhomes Realty, Philippine Properties Central, and Leuterio Realty / Filipino Homes.

"There are so many emotions. I'm happy, I'm also a little relieved, but most of all I'm so excited to see the final product," Mr. Yang added.

With the structure now topped off, construction is progressing toward completion, bringing Elevé Homes Baguio closer to turnover for its homebuyers.
