In the Airlines, Distribution and Transportation Category of the Year 2021
The customer service team achieved the Gold Stevie® Award Customer Service Department of the Year 2021 in the Airlines, Distribution and Transportation Category.
DHL Express, the world's leading international express service provider, has won the Gold Stevie® Award Customer Service Department of the Year 2021 in the Airlines, Distribution and Transportation Category at the 16th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The DHL Express Philippines Customer Service team received a perfect score from the judges. Some of the feedback were: “Perfect score for a perfect case. You tick all the boxes! Your team is able to provide a consistent experience across the customer journey, the experience is a reflection of your brand promise, you are making this easy for your customers, and you are different by the way you do things. Best in class!”
The Gold Stevie jurors also commented on how the team’s customer-centric and employee-centric values contributed to exceeding its target goal, and the organization performed very well in terms of meeting KPIs in all aspects.
