The customer service team achieved the Gold Stevie® Award Customer Service Department of the Year 2021 in the Airlines, Distribution and Transportation Category.

DHL Express, the world's leading international express service provider, has won the Gold Stevie® Award Customer Service Department of the Year 2021 in the Airlines, Distribution and Transportation Category at the 16th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

“This Gold Stevie Award is certainly a huge achievement for our customer service team. The DHL Express Philippines Customer Service team received a perfect score from the judges. Some of the feedback were: “Perfect score for a perfect case. You tick all the boxes! Your team is able to provide a consistent experience across the customer journey, the experience is a reflection of your brand promise, you are making this easy for your customers, and you are different by the way you do things. Best in class!”

The Gold Stevie jurors also commented on how the team’s customer-centric and employee-centric values contributed to exceeding its target goal, and the organization performed very well in terms of meeting KPIs in all aspects.

“The nominations we received for the 2022 competition illustrate that business development, customer service, and sales professionals worldwide, in all sorts of organizations, have continued to innovate, thrive, and meet customer expectations during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher Miller.  “The judges have recognized and rewarded their achievements, and we join them in applauding this year's winners for their continued success.  We look forward to recognizing them on May 11.”

Winners were recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on May 11.
