Chinabank has released CHIB GPT 2.0, marking a significant advancement in the capabilities of its internal chatbot service. This upgrade follows a successful year of CHIB GPT 1.0 operation. Since its launch, CHIB GPT has efficiently handled thousands of queries, with a remarkable 12 times increase in query volume. Powered by GPT-4.0, the upgraded chatbot is set to enhance employee productivity and streamline internal operations even further.

Smarter, faster, and more accurate, CHIB GPT 2.0 can address a wider range of queries and assist with simple to complex workflows. Enhanced data onboarding and integration capabilities allow CHIB GPT 2.0 to pull information from a broader array of internal knowledge sources.
