With Ceremo, couples choose a website template, add their wedding details and photos, and share personal RSVP links with their guests through channels such as Messenger or Viber. Guests can respond in their browser without downloading an app or creating an account. Their responses appear in the couple’s guest dashboard.

The personal links connect each response to the guest list. Couples can review who has replied and who is still pending, while guests can return to the wedding website for the programme, venue details and other information the couple has added.

A QR seat finder lets guests look up their assigned table at the venue. Available features and customisation options depend on the selected plan.

For professional wedding planners and coordinators, Ceremo Pro provides a separate workspace across multiple weddings. Coordinators can review upcoming events and tasks, maintain a reusable supplier directory, and track their own fees and client payments. The coordinator’s business records are separate from the couple’s wedding budget.
